What You’ll Explore Together
Before the event, you and your partner will complete a Prepare/Enrich relationship assessment that gives you personalized insight into your relationship. During the evening, we’ll use those insights as a starting point to focus on three areas that can make a meaningful difference in how you relate to one another.
Understand Each Other Better
Explore your individual partner styles, habits, strengths, and differences so you can better understand where each other is coming from.
Communicate More Clearly
Learn and practice a structured way to listen, speak, and make sure what you meant to say is actually what your partner heard.
Work Through Conflict Differently
Recognize patterns that can keep you going in circles and practice healthier ways to slow things down, stay on the issue, and work toward resolution together.
And because this is a couples enrichment experience, not group therapy, you will not be expected to share private details about your relationship with the room. The guided exercises are designed for you and your partner to practice together.
Your registration includes everything you need to prepare for the evening, participate fully, and continue using what you learn afterward.
